Hi there!
We are very excited to introduce ourselves as the new retreat and farm managers!
Having travelled from sunny coastal Scotland down to the magical mountains of Wales, we have settled in over Christmas wonderfully and we are looking forward to meeting some of our guests when retreat season kicks in.
Until then, we are starting to build trust with our alpacas by hand feeding them every morning in the cold winter starts to make sure they are cosy and warm. Also, we are keeping the chickens entertained with some delicious vegetable offcuts from the local veg boxes.
Learning the land and the retreat during this time has been such a fantastic experience, we cannot wait to share it with you!

Kate’s warmth, sense of fun and deep commitment to her students and profession make it a joy to be in her yoga classes.

Our retreat offers three whole days filled with group classes for different aspects of Yoga, Alexander Technique, and animal and evolutionary movement. There will also be scheduled time for everyone to be offered a full length one-to-one Alexander Technique or Yoga lesson, and for exploring the locality on your own, or taking a well-earned rest.

There are fun single occupancy glamping spaces as well as accommodation in the main barn. Its a small group setting and we always have lots of fun!
